Continued the development of hydro-meteorological flash flood prediction
tools, and began the development of a prototype Java based display
system for the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District's ALERT flood
warning program

3.      United Arab Emirates- Water Resource Assessment- As part of the
rainfall enhancement experiment, worked on the advancement of a water
resource assessment tool for the UAE's Department of Water Resources,
for aiding in the analysis of the Cost/Benefits of rainfall enhancement
(WEAP diagram).

4.      Land surface modeling for water resource applications: Developed a
dataset for Sensible and Latent Heat Flux Interaction With Surface
Properties Over a Mid-west Watershed: CASES 97
