Dear Friends:

This letter is to remind you of the annual Friends/Partners in Aviation Weather Meeting for 2005. We hope that you will be able to participate with us in Orlando at the NBAA Annual Convention. This meeting is sponsored by the National Business Aviation Association, the Aircraft Owners & Pilots Association, the AOPA Air Safety Foundation, the National Center for Atmospheric Research, the Federal Aviation Administration, the Air Line Pilots Association International, the National Weather Service, the NASA Glenn Research Center, and the Small Aircraft Manufacturers Association. Planning is underway. The agenda for the meeting is in preparation. November 11 is the day of the meeting. It will be a busy and interesting day, so block it on your calendar.

Rhonda will attach information on hotel accommodation and NBAA registration. You should reserve your hotel room and email your registration form to Rhonda. If you have any logistical questions please contact Rhonda at mcgaffic@ucar.edu. Your guest registration, provided courtesy of NBAA, will be mailed or available for you at the convention site if not received in the mail.

We look forward to seeing you in Orlando. Suggested dress will be casual.
