MM5 Forecasting System UPGRADE
On 15 October, 2004, the once-daily MM5 forecast system was decomissioned after a 4 month overlap period with a more advanced system called MM5 RT-FDDA. The new system runs continuously, integrating available observational data, to provide better forecasts.
