Presidency of Meteorology and Environment - Saudi Arabia
PME originated in 1951 as the Department of Meteorology within the Civil Aviation Directorate. In 1981, in accordance with the recommendations of the High Committee tasked with a national administrative review, the title of the organization being changed to Meteorology and Environmental Protection Administration, (MEPA) and were tasked to be responsible for environmental protection, and to include the response to pollution of all kinds, and the establishment of the different environmental standards with this remit. Now known as the Presidency of Meteorology and Environment, PME will be providing daily operational support, including logistics and forecasting, for the project.

National Center for Atmospheric Science - Research Applications Laboratory - Hydrometeorolgy Applications Program - Precipitation Enhancement Group
NCAR is a non-profit research and development center based in Boulder, Colorado sponsored by the National Science Foundation. The precipitation enhancement group at NCAR/RAL will be providing scientific guidance and the evaluation of the precipitation enhancement assessment.
Weather Modification Incorporated
Weather Modificaiton Incorporated (WMI) is a privately held company incorporated in 1961 that provides weather modification equipment and services, cloud microphysical research, air pollution monitoring and aircraft modification. WMI is based in Fargo, North Dakota and will be providing the aircraft, instrumentation, and associated personnel for the field campaign.
Texas A&M University
Texas A&M University (TAMU) is located in College Station, Texas. Scientists from TAMU will be providing guidance for aerosol sampling and analysis.
