Wyoming Water Development Commission
The Wyoming Water Development Program was established in 1975 to promote the optimal development of the state's human, industrial, mineral, agricultural, water and recreational resources. In 1979 the Wyoming Water Development Commission (WWDC) was established to implement the water development program and to conduct water and related resource planning. WWDC is the sponsor of this project.

NCAR is a non-profit research and development center based in Boulder, Colorado sponsored by the National Science Foundation. The precipitation enhancement group at NCAR/RAL will be providing the evaluation of this project.

Desert Research Institute - Atmospheric Sciences Division
The members of the DRI Division of Atmospheric Sciences conduct fundamental and applied research into both natural atmospheric processes and air quality issues of regional, national, and planetary interest. DRI / DAS is located in Reno, Nevada and will be providing silver trace analysis for evaluation purposes.

Weather Modificaiton Incorporated (WMI) is a privately held company incorporated in 1961 that provides weather modification equipment and services, cloud microphysical research, air pollution monitoring and aircraft modification.
