EMPLOYMENT HISTORY ¨ National Center for Atmospheric Research/Research Applications Program – September 1992 until present. Web sites I’ve designed:
¨ Graybooks – May 1990 until August 1991. Architectural and Design book publisher and direct mail distributor. ¨ Westview Press - July 1986 until June 1990. Scholarly press – book publisher. ¨ Writing. Freelance writer for New Hope Communications from August 1991 to February 1992. Wrote headlines and articles for The Denver Post (6-month internship in 1985). ¨ Bookselling. Worked at the Tattered Cover Bookstore and an antiquarian bookstore in Denver during college. EDUCATION UNIVERSITY OF COLORADO, Denver. Graduated 1986 with a BA in English Literature and Minor in Writing. UNIVERSITY OF DENVER Publishing Institute - summer 1986. Graduate course in Publishing. Have taken numerous technical/software courses during my tenure at NCAR, including technical writing, web-development, PhotoShop, WebWorks, Dreamweaver, FrontPage.
